The app is free as is notifications on properties in your real estate office postcode. You can subscribe to be notified of properties in surrounding postcodes for just $199.99 per year

When you subscribe to the Tagma real estate notification service, payment will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period every calendar year from the date of subscription for $199.99.

You may cancel your subscription at any time and your account will remain active until the expiry of the current subscription period. No refunds are given for cancellation.

You may manage auto-renewal through your iTunes account. When you subscribe to our service your free account will remain active.
